Extra Support
-
Emmanuel has lots of people who can help your welfare and support needs, or connect you with others who can.
-
The University has a whole range of support services. There is now one handy portal to help connect you to the people and services relevant to your needs.
These services include groups and workshops which focus on particular issues, such as bereavement, self-esteem and perfectionism. The sessions provide a safe environment to connect with others who share similar experiences. Students will also have the opportunity to develop practical coping strategies and self-awareness skills.

If you want more information on living well, the NHS has some great accesible information that might answer some questions you have.
